nameserver updates

I hope (if anyone is actually reading) you may have noticed that the webpage is finally being hosted at a machine called www.macalpine.org instead of shiner.mit.edu/~davidm. It took quite a lot of tweaking to get an authorative nameserver set up to point the entire domain at one of MITs computers. I hope they (MIT) don't mind.
