This really pisses me off. If a file has *ever* been accessible via http or even resided in a directory accessible via http, you can assume that google has seen it. You can not hide anything. You may not think your page is linked to from the outside world, but if you link out to other pages they know which page the request came from. Some sites even have their referral logs online. You can not hide!
